Kids Wellbeing Services at Breathe & Box

A sense of wellbeing can be nurtured from an early age. Whether your child struggles with confidence, emotional regulation, or a learning difficulty, our child wellbeing sessions are here to support them in developing resilience, self-awareness, and balance in a fun and engaging way.

Hear from Parents Like Blanca and Marina:
"This service has transformed how my child approaches challenges."
"The sessions are fun and effective – we’ve seen real progress."

movement

Developing a love for movement, whether it’s through breathing exercises, boxing, or imaginative games created by the child. Movement helps process emotions and builds physical and emotional resilience.

regulation

Teaching children how to interpret their internal and external environments. With practical strategies for co-regulation and self-regulation, children gain a stronger sense of control over their emotions.

connection

Supporting children in improving how they communicate and build relationships with themselves and others. When children feel secure in their connections, their self-esteem and ability to navigate social situations flourish.

Creating the Right Environment

Just like in our adult classes, the environment is key. We explore how to create spaces—at home, school, and in sessions—that foster a sense of calm, focus, and positivity.

Our Services

  • Why Does Breathe & Box Offer Kids Wellbeing Services?

Hi, I’m Shane, the founder of Breathe & Box. My experience working in schools and communities worldwide has shown me how vital early wellbeing support can be for children. From helping children with learning difficulties to creating community-wide wellbeing frameworks, I’ve been passionate about making a meaningful impact.

At Breathe & Box, we believe wellbeing isn’t just for adults. While our club offers boxing, breathwork, yoga, and wellness workshops for grown-ups, we’re equally committed to supporting children and their families on their wellbeing journey. With exciting community impact projects on the horizon, our mission is simple:
We’re better together as a community

  • A Look Into the Kids Wellbeing Sessions

Each child is unique, and our sessions reflect that. While formats vary based on the child’s needs, a typical progression looks like this:

    Initial Phase: Observation & Understanding

The first 2-5 sessions focus on gathering as much information as possible about the child’s patterns, strengths, difficulties, and opportunities.

This is a collaborative process involving the child, parents, and any relevant professionals.

The emphasis is on creating a safe, fun, and engaging environment to foster trust and a positive association with the sessions.

    Intervention Phase: Action Planning

Together, we decide on the best interventions and strategies to support the child’s wellbeing.

A clear action plan is created, which includes regular feedback and opportunities for parents to discuss practical challenges and progress.
